Types of regular practices:

Our priority is Spinal Column, shaping the right “Tree Pose” (Zhanzhuang).

On Tuesdays - more attention to gymnastics for joints, breathing techniques, 52 form Yang Sword, 24 form Yang Taichi.

 

On Fridays we perform Taijiqigong by Master Zhou YI.
